At Lisa & Elya London, we do everything we can to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases. However, if you wish to return an item, we have outlined our return policy below for clarity.
Conditions for Returns

You may only request a return once you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

You may try the items on, but wearing them is not permitted.

Returning items intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to return some is not allowed.
Return Process

Notify Us: Inform us of your return by emailing info@lisaelyalondon.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

Return Address: You will receive the return address for our supplier (located in China).

Return Shipping: You are responsible for returning the item at your own cost, including any customs duties or shipping fees.

Tracking: We recommend using a tracked and traceable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refunds
Once the item is received at the return address and its condition is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages once the tracking indicates that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address is provided, the customer will be held responsible.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
